Accounts and Payments

• The cut-off time to place, cancel, or modify orders is:
  • 8:00 PM on the previous day for breakfast.
  • 8:00 AM on the same day for lunch.
• Before placing an order, please call us at 9885923278 to confirm if delivery is available in your area.
• Delivery charges vary by location and are displayed on the checkout page.
• The Meal Nest reserves the right to cancel or modify meals. Customers will be informed of such changes in advance whenever possible.
• The Meal Nest reserves the right to discontinue meal service for any customer at its discretion.
• A 5% GST will be applied to the total order value (excluding delivery charges) where applicable.

Meal Delivery

• Meals will be delivered by Porter or other concierge services.
• Delivery charges are based on the area and will be reflected on the checkout page.
• Delivery partners may drop meals at the reception, security gate, or a common area if access to the building premises is restricted.
• Customers can view their exact booking dates under the "Booking History" tab on our website.

Delivery timings:

• Breakfast: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM

• Lunch: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

• In case of natural disasters, riots, or situations beyond our control, lunch delivery may be canceled.

• If meals are prepared but delivery is hindered due to circumstances like heavy rains or riots, the food will be donated to underprivileged children. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

• To prevent spillage, meals are cooled to room temperature before being packed in microwave-safe containers. Customers are advised to reheat food (after removing the lid) to enjoy it at its best.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation cut-off times for orders are as mentioned above. Orders cannot be canceled beyond this window.
• If cancellation is made in time:
  • Refunds or re-credits to debit/credit cards will be credited within 5-7 days.
  • For cash payments, the amount will be credited to your wallet for future orders.

Other Standard Terms and Conditions

• This document is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable amendments. It does not require physical or digital signatures.
• Published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
